Published rider policy
ATV and buggy rental requirements
License, deposit, pickup, capacity, fitness, health and included-equipment details in one place.

Driver and payment requirements
Drivers must be at least 18 and present a physical valid driver’s license. The live pages require a credit card and publish a $200 damage-waiver deposit by authorization or cash.
Pickup and timing
Pickup is generally 30–45 minutes before the scheduled rental from eligible hotel lobbies or the cruise terminal. Look for a company vehicle with the Bahamas Velocity Tours logo. The live copy states no refund for lateness.
Capacity and equipment
ATVs allow a maximum of two people. The daily dune buggy page allows up to four. Helmet, fuel, an automatic vehicle and a map are published as included. Confirm the exact buggy, taxes, insurance and equipment.
Health and accessibility
Rentals are described as not wheelchair accessible and requiring moderate fitness. They are not recommended for pregnant travelers, those with back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
Road, damage and return rules
Ask for the permitted road area, prohibited use, accident procedure, damage responsibility, fuel rule and return-time policy before accepting the vehicle.
This page summarizes the former product copy; it is not a substitute for the current rental agreement. Obtain and review the controlling agreement before payment.
